Derek has the marketing experience to make sure sellers reach the target market, the patience to educate new home buyers about the entire process, knowledge to anaylze the market and the strong negotiating skills to bring the transaction to closing mixed in with a keen sense of humor.

Derek is a graduate of Valley View High School as well as ASU where he obtained a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.  He is the branch manager/Geo Tech. Eng. of Anderson Eng. in Jonesboro as well as working diligently with the Blackwell Team.

In his spare time, Derek is an outdoors person. His interests include duck hunting, deer hunting, fishing, baseball and other sports.
